The Nazgûl Sisters who were formerly known as Riya and Yuka were once the daughters of Emperor Sagong of the Kingdom of Shen, before gaining two Rings of Power and being corrupted by their influence. They ruled over the land until they fell under Sauron's influence as two of the Nine.

History

Campaign in the East

The daughters of Emperor Sagong from the Kingdom of Shen, they led their father's campaign against the forces of Mordor, eventually confronting two Nazgûl. One of the Nine warned them that the Rings of Power taken from them would control them as well. Riya ]and Yuka ignored their foe and slew him alongside the other wraith.

Ruling over Shen

They returned to Shen in triumph, with the Rings taken from the Nazgûl as trophies. Upon kneeling before their father, Sagong asked for them to hand over the prizes. The sisters disagreed and killed him, replacing him as Emperor and ruling over the kingdom.

Riya and Yuka led another campaign against the Easterlings led by the Dark Lord's regent: Kashaka. They succeeded in conquering much of her realm, before leading other campaigns against the kingdom of Gondor ruled by the Stewards.

In the aftermath of these battles, the sisters gained many treasures and fame on Arda, until they were corrupted by their Rings of Power and fell under Sauron's influence. He eventually went to Shen in the guise of Annatar and convinced them to join him.

The Usurpers

After Talion took Minas Morgul from the Witch-king of Angmar and Celebrimbor's soul was consumed by Sauron in order to once again take shape, the Nazgûl Sisters saw that their master was distracted with preparing for the upcoming war and seeking to take back the One Ring. They took this opportunity to rebel against the Dark Lord and began conquering Mordor for themselves.

Talion and Eltariel opposed them and fought their armies back until the She-Elf battled them in Seregost and banished them back to Barad-dûr.

War of the Ring

The sisters returned to the service of Lord Sauron and were sent alongside the other 7 Ringwraiths to hunt down Frodo Baggins and gain the One Ring.

They participated in the Battle at the Black Gate during which the Tower of Barad-dûr was destroyed and the Eye manifestation of Sauron along the Ringwraiths with it.
